1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GrantMax at grantmax.org (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GrantMax is operated by GrantMax (ABN 76 656 634 324), located in New South Wales, Australia.

2. Description of Service

GrantMax is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that audits Google Ad Grants accounts for compliance with Google's policies, provides health and compliance scores, and offers optimisation recommendations. The Service connects to your Google Ads account via Google's official APIs with read-only access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to connect the Google Ads account(s) you link to the Service.

4. Accounts and Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

5. Plans and Pricing

GrantMax offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe, Inc. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
